This is a virtual BDSL 5 mile race. Just Run 5 miles locally from Friday 16th April to Monday 19th April - this must be off-road/trail/cross country. Send your elapsed time to Stan Knopik no later than the 20th April.

This is a virtual Half Marathon event to be run from Thursday 29th April to Tuesday 4th May - entries via my.raceresults.com £11.50.

This is a two-mile relay race to be run in teams of 4 between the dates given above. Open to runners over the age of 11.
There is no entry fee – instead the organisers invite donations in memory of Graham Dingley for Mesothelioma UK.

The 10km course is through the fields of the Anker Valley. It consists of tracks, concrete paths, grass, fields and a short section of tarmac. Stiles, gates and bridges to climb over add to the experience. The course is relatively flat and normal running shoes should suffice. The course is traffic-free throughout. Entries via my.raceresult.com £15+90p admin fee. (Staggered start times based on predicted finish times), amazing goody bags, all profits to St Giles Hospice, all Covid boxes being ticked!

Just run 6 miles - any surface from Monday 5th July to Sunday 11th July. Submit times to Stan.

For 2021 the race will be 'virtual'. Runners will run 10k over any course and submit their times to Stan.
