Training session – 6 mile run

We had a track session on Tuesday so I’ve decided not to do another workout on Thursday. Instead we’ll do a 6 mile run from Shobnall Reception which can be used for recovery, Fartlek sprints for those who want to, or just come for a run. The route is another of my mystery footpaths runs. So it’s all on tarmac and on as many footpaths or cycle tracks as I can find.
