Training session – Intervals

Meet at Shobnall reception for a 7:15pm departure. We’ll warm-up with a jog past the running track to the canal bridge to the east of Shobnall, and then along the cycle track to Dallow St. bridge and back to the Shobnall bridge. The intervals at pace will be done on this cycle path (0.22 miles, 353m) followed by a recovery jog back along the canal tow path to the start. So the loop is around 0.45 miles. We’ll do these reps for 15 minutes, take a rest then do a second set.
