Training session – Intervals

Considering that the Burton 10mile race is on Sunday I’ve decided to do intervals again and anyone wishing to just have a 4 mile jog (or shorter) can join us on the farm track at the rear of the Albion Pub on Shobnall Road (DE14 2BE). We will meet at Shobnall Reception before leaving at 7:15pm to run to the Albion.

We’ll do a warm up jog on the farm track before beginning the workout of alternating quarter mile run at pace, quarter mile recovery, over 2 miles. Two sets.
Or just jog the course.
