Training session

This will be longish hill rep’s on Beaufort Road, same as 2 weeks ago. We’ll warm up running to Beaufort Rd via Clay St. which is about 1.4 miles. Then 2 sets of 15 minute runs up and down the hill between Derwent Road and Daleside. One uphill run is about .2 miles. The hill run will be entirely on the footpath and won’t cross any side roads. High vis jackets may still be needed for the return run.
