The training run will start from the MEADOWSIDE Leisure Centre at 7:15pm. This time we’ll do a longer hill than in previous sessions. We’ll warm up running to Beaufort Rd via Clay St. which is about 1.4 miles. Then 2 sets of 15 minute runs up and down the hill between Quorn Close and Grafton Rd. One uphill run will be about .22 miles. The hill run will be entirely on the well-lit footpath and won’t cross any side roads. But high vis jackets will still be needed.
